Green spiced fish

Ingredients:

Fixed fish----one and a half kilos
Salt ---- to taste
Garlic ---- four to six yokes
Tomatoes----Two medium ones
Ground hot spices----one teaspoon
Vinegar----Three tablespoons
Fresh Coconut (Grind) ---- Four Tablespoons
Hard Address ---- Five to six digits
Green chillies----- eight to ten nos
Coriander ---- Two bunches
Lemon juice----four to six tablespoons
Cooking oil---- for frying

Recipe:

Mix salt and one tablespoon of vinegar in water and wash the fish in it. take-
Grind the tomatoes in a blender with garlic, coconut, green chillies and green coriander - then add salt and hot spices.


Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil in a pot on medium heat for two minutes and add ground spices and fry until the oil separates - then remove from the stove and add the remaining lemon juice - green spices are ready.


Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat for three to four minutes - deep fry the fish until it turns green and golden and take it out.


Put one to two tablespoons of cooking oil in a frying pan or pot and place the fish in it - then add the roasted spices.
Add the curry leaves and cook for four to five minutes on a low flame (on the tail) - at the end sprinkle lemon juice .
