Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:

Rice ---- one kilo
Chicken (boneless) ---- half kg
Salt ---- to taste
Crushed garlic --- one teaspoon
Green onion (finely chopped) ---- 3 to 4 pcs
Carrot (finely chopped) ----- Two pcs
Cabbage (finely chopped) ---- one size smaller
Vinegar ----- Two tablespoons
Soy sauce----four tablespoons
Ground white pepper----- one tablespoon
Sugar ---- one tablespoon
Chinese salt ----- one teaspoon
Eggs ----- Three numbers
Cooking oil----four to six tablespoons

Recipe:

Boil the rice, drain the water and keep it covered in the refrigerator for four to six hours
Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium heat for two to three minutes - add garlic and fry for one to two minutes - then add chicken and fry until the chicken's water dries up .

Then add the rice and mix with the help of two spoons until the rice is heated well.
Add cabbage, carrot and green onion to the rice and mix - after a minute add salt, sugar, white pepper and Chinese salt and mix well .


Beat the eggs lightly with salt and a pinch of white pepper and pour them over the rice - finally add vinegar and soy sauce and mix well .
Delicious Chicken Fried Rice is ready.
