Egg soup

Ingredients:
• Chicken Yakhni_____ 4 cups
• Eggs_____ 3 pcs
• Salt_____ to taste
• Crushed garlic_____ 1 teaspoon
• Green Onion_____ 2 pcs
• Soy sauce_____ 2 tablespoons
• Ground black pepper_____ half teaspoon
• Cornflour_____ 2 tablespoons
• Oil_____ 2 tablespoons

Recipe:
Add oil to the pan, fry the garlic lightly and add the chicken ghee to it.
Bring to a boil while cooking over medium heat
When it boils, add salt and black pepper.
Then add the lightly beaten eggs quickly with a spoon.
Dissolve four tablespoons of cornflour in water and add it to the soup and take it off the stove when it thickens.
Take it out in a hot dish and add vinegar and soy sauce to it and sprinkle finely chopped green onions and serve.
