First, wash and clean the chicken wings, then add wings, crushed ginger garlic, salt, red pepper and curd in a pan and mix well.

In a wok, add tezpat in half a cup of cooking oil and fry until golden, then add finely chopped onions and fry until golden brown and add half a glass of spiced chicken wings.
Reduce the heat and cook for a long time until the onions and wings are cooked, add chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander, cumin seeds and big green chillies and keep it on a low flame.
Finally, add cooking oil to it and fry for so long that the oil separates.
